1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.
2. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the required deposit will be forfeited. This deposit will be non-refundable and will not be credited towards future bookings.
3. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any charges, and your deposit will be applied to a future booking or fully refunded.
4. In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your situation warrants an exception to our policy.
