The Bohemian Healer is a locally owned business offering a variety of services in the alternative healing industry. Trista Lawrence, owner and practitioner has been sharing her gifts for over 25 years as a Reiki Master/Teacher and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1999. She has expanded her skill set and has also become a Certified Sound Healer, Certified Footzone Practitioner and a Certified Breathwork Facilitator. She also includes the use of essential oils in each session and is a Certified AromaTouch Professional .

Trista has been a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui Reiki Method as well as in Reiki Seichem for over 25 years. She has also studied and is a Reiki Master/Teacher through the Infinite Healer School. She has studied various other methodologies of energy work in addition to that over the past 20 years. 

Trista incorporates many of her other specialties into her Reiki certification courses, including the use of meditation, essential oils, crystals, and muscle testing, providing additional knowledgeable and skills to your training. 

Trista uses her intuitive gifts along with muscle testing to interpret what your body is communicating and trusts that your body knows you best.

What does that mean?

• A customized essential oil blend is a personalized combination of essential oils tailored to your specific needs and preferences. 

• Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts known for their therapeutic properties, including their ability to promote relaxation, uplift mood, alleviate physical discomfort, and support overall well-being.

•  A customized blend typically involves selecting specific essential oils based on their unique properties and combining them in precise proportions to address the individual's desired outcomes.

• To create a customized blend, I will typically assess your health goals, preferences, and any existing health conditions. I may also consider factors such as your sensitivity to certain scents and any potential contraindications. Based on this assessment, and the use of muscle testing (kinesiology) I carefully select essential oils with properties that align with the individual's needs, whether it be stress relief, improved sleep, enhanced focus, or relief from specific ailments.

• Once the essential oils are chosen, they are blended together in the appropriate ratios to create a harmonious synergy that maximizes their therapeutic benefits. The resulting customized blend can then be used in various ways, such as diffusing it in the air, applying it to the skin with a carrier oil for massage, or adding it to bathwater. 

• By tailoring the essential oil blend to your unique needs, customized blends offer a personalized approach to holistic wellness, supporting both physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
